Today, CHY3 is open to the public.

Six months ago it was a note in Notion, built around a question we could not stop asking: why is the toolchain for independent creators so fragmented? Open source has transformed developer tools. It has barely touched the economics of creative work.

Two answers to start

The first two projects represent two halves of the problem. IdeaForge answers “where do I begin?” — AI-assisted ideation and rapid prototyping make the first version cheap enough to test. ValueFlow answers “what is working?” — end-to-end analytics make every step from idea to revenue visible. Together they form a loop from incubation to data-driven iteration.

Open source is a commitment, not a license

Every project is released under Apache 2.0. Governance follows a public RFC process, and roadmap discussions happen in GitHub Discussions. The code is the minimum. The real commitment is that decisions, disagreements, and trade-offs are visible to the people who depend on the tools.

Thank you

To the 100+ alpha testers who gave feedback before there was anything polished: this is your launch too. CHY3 is at the beginning. We are looking for creators and developers who want to redefine how creative work creates value.
