CHY3 is organized around a single journey: find and validate an idea, build a monetization path, then improve the economics with data. Each stage has a dedicated module; all of them share one API layer and one event system.
Incubate
IdeaForge handles the cold start. An AI-assisted ideation engine turns a sentence into a structured outline and feasibility read. A prototype generator produces an interactive web or mobile mockup. A community review system puts the premise in front of real people before the team commits months to it.
Validate
ValueFlow aggregates transactions from every payment provider in use, then shows which content, channel, and cohort produced the revenue. Funnels, attribution, and forecasting turn a vague sense of “what works” into a model that can be inspected and challenged.
Scale
CreaSDK packages payments, subscriptions, distribution, and community operations as standard modules. A team can adopt one primitive or the whole stack. The design goal is to compress months of monetization plumbing into weeks.
Coordinate
The Creator Marketplace, launching in Q4 2026, is the layer where the three stages meet: ideas incubated in IdeaForge, business models validated in ValueFlow, and capabilities delivered through CreaSDK.
